C.E.P Charismatic Foundation Inc. is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering youth to choose peace over pain, resolve conflict without violence, and transform anger into positive action.
We exist to create opportunities, provide guidance, and build stronger communities by equipping young people with the tools they need to make better choices and lead purposeful lives.
C.E.P Charismatic Foundation Inc. was established in memory of Cole Pitter—a vibrant, gifted, and compassionate young man whose presence lit up every room and whose laughter touched the hearts of everyone he encountered.
Cole was a skilled technology professional and, in his spare time, expressed himself through music as a local Atlanta artist known as “Charismatic.” Through his music, he inspired and connected with others in meaningful ways.
Cole was the glue that held our family together. Since his passing, we have been learning how to navigate a new reality without him.
On July 6th, 2025, in Lithonia, Georgia, Cole’s life was tragically taken due to senseless violence.
In March 2026, the trial concluded, and his murderer was convicted on multiple counts, including murder.
In the face of this unimaginable loss, we made a decision—to turn our pain into purpose.
To empower youth—especially within Black and Caribbean communities—to choose peace over pain, resolve conflicts without violence, and transform anger into positive action.
We envision a future where young people are equipped with the tools, support, and mindset needed to make positive decisions and avoid the cycles of violence that continue to impact our communities.
Our long-term goal is to establish a Charismatic Community Center—a safe space where youth can grow, learn, express themselves, and discover their purpose.
Too many young lives are lost to preventable violence.
Too many families are left to rebuild after unimaginable loss.
We believe change is possible—and it starts with guidance, support, and community.
